Open Auditions for Fall 2016 Season

Calling all female singers! Open auditions for Choral Club of San Diego fall 2016 season.

Join us August 29, September 5, and September 12 at Wesley Palms in Pacific Beach.

Meet other Choral Club singers, get the skinny on rehearsals, concerts and activities, and practice the fall season music. Songs for this season will include seasonal pop songs like “I’ve Got Your Love to Keep Me Warm,” plus fun holiday music.

New members can join through the first three rehearsals (Aug 29, Sept 5 and Sep 12, 2016).

Saturday June 4th is going to be a lovely day. Please consider spending part of it with us. Come down to Horton Plaza  between 2pm and 4pm and enjoy Choral Club of San Diego on the main stage in the newly revitalized Horton Plaza Park.

We’ll be singing selections from our “Great American Road Trip” concert, including “Route 66,” “New York, New York,” “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” “Surfin’ Safari,” and medleys from Chicago, and Beautiful, The Carole King Musical.

Family-friendly Choral Club of San Diego Concert Honors Women Who Serve

San Diego, May 23, 2016—

Choral Club of San Diego will close their spring concert season with a family-friendly pre-Memorial Day Weekend Concert on Thursday, May 26th, at The North Chapel, Liberty Station.

The concert event, “Great American Road Trip,” will honor women who serve, both active military women and women in military families. The concert evokes travel around the USA with songs like “Route 66,” “New York, New York,” “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” “Surfin’ Safari,” “and medleys from “Chicago,” and “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.”

The concert will be held at the beautiful North Chapel at Liberty Station Marketplace, on the site of the former Naval Training Center San Diego, at 2881 Roosevelt Rd, San Diego, CA 92106. The concert includes performances by CCSD scholarship winners, special guests, raffle prizes, and a silent auction. Proceeds benefit Choral Club of San Diego and Armed Services YMCA San Diego Programs.

Event tickets can be purchased online at choralclubofsd.org/tickets. Regular ticket price $25. Early-bird discount price $15. Active Military price, $10.
